Tried it once, might try again if at a party and nothing else to drink. Very sweet and artificial tasting. Like sailor Jerry on crack. My guess it’s aimed at the younger audience.

Put it in a plain bottle, call it Smith's and watch the ratings plummet.
In truth, it's fine. Plenty of artificial vanilla, fine when mixed, there are worse out there. I wouldn't buy it, but would drink it if nothing better was available.

Firstly, if your in the market for a spiced rum, this choice will leave you satisfied.

She nose is over the top vanilla, caramel and coffee, in the taste, the rum body is flat and completely masked by sugar, vanilla, coffee, caramel and spices. The aftertaste is muted and is full of additives, not the rum itself. From my perspective - there is too much sugar and additives here, especially vanilla. Not so much different from Captain Morgan Spiced Black.

My personal opinion and I don't want to insylt anyones opinion, is that this beverage should not be considered a premium rum at all. The volume of colour-caramel is just to high...

První závan vůně mne nemile překvapil svojí chemickou nasládlostí, pak jsem zjistil, že mne hodně ovlivňuje svíčka v pokoji, což bylo hodně špatně. šel jsem tedy vůni zkoumat před dům. Cítil jsem směs mírně sladkého ovoce, malinko vanilky, kůže a dřeva. Chuťově dosti jemný nasládlý rumík, s pro mne poměrně krátkým dozvukem. Nejspíše nebude patřit k mým TOP vzorkům, ale i tak se k němu budu rád vracet právě pro jeho zajímavou jemnost a příjemný pocit na jazyku. Přes to vše jej lze doporučit jako dobré pití.

This was better than I thought it would be. Sweet, but not a bad mix. As many other reviewers point out, this is definitely high sugar content with added flavoring. It is, however, clearly labeled as “spiced rum” and “blended with spice, carmel and other natural flavors”. They are not hiding anything, and the flavors are well balanced. Even better considering the prices is $15 for a bottle.

One of my favorite drinks, a little sweet but plenty of taste.
