Tento rum má v zálohe pre prípad, že priatelia chcú skúsiť niečo "tradičné". Silná dubová aróma, najlepšie využitie na mix drinky.

Robust color, packaging nips the demographic niche, but the taste? Ah, there's the rub. Ho hum, no depth, good as a mixer or in the bartender's well for mixed cocktails. Bacardi still coasts on its name back in the day when it stood pretty much alone.

Ein erstaunlich angenehmer Rum in diesem Preissegment. Lässt sich auch gut pur trinken.

You could not even seriously rate it, it's just the kind of long drink rum, party rum, nothing for a real pirate, but sometimes you need to keep up with the group. Then this is a good choice

Decent for its price but the sweet and flavoured taste easily becomes annoying.

Love the vanilla taste found in this rum makes a nice light Rum & Coke. Great taste for the price. Gives off a cinnamon, oaky taste. The creamy vanilla is very present. Pair with a dessert. :) good for drinking straight but better mixed.

Bacardi in general has a very recognisable flavour in each type.
Oakheart has a rich flavour to it as well as a slight sweet tone to it compared with it's brand's more widespread and popular white rum.
I favour gold/spiced and dark rum more than other types and Oakheart mixes well with a number of things like Apple juice, ginger beer and cola.
It isn't particularly extraordinary as a sipping rum, however preference obviously plays a role in these things.
I am far from a rum expert, this however seems to be reasonable and the tastiest of the Bacardi's that I've tried.

As the label says a hint of smokiness ostensibly from the chard oak barrels this rested in. On the sweet side and goes down smooth.Im not normally a consumer of spiced rums, but sometimes that is all that's left at the party.
Definitely needs coke to cut it.
