Kraken Black Spiced

Kraken rozhodně není můj styl. Na můj vkus je až příliš aromatický a možná i sladký. Obecně mi v něm prostě vadí asi ta kombinace chutí a vůní. Trochu mi to totiž připomíná Božkov Republica, kterou fakt nemusím a ta mi zase připomíná (aromatem) Božkov Tuzemský, který doslova nesnáším už na pohled!

Zřejmě bude dobrý na nějaké míchané nápoje či s Colou, ale ani jedno nepiju. Pro zastánce sladších rumů, spiced nebo do míchaných drinků doporučuji, pro povalování na jazyku a vychutnávání - spíše ne.

I love the the name and the bottle. It's an OK rum but I feel there are better ones in its price category.

I really enjoy drinking Kraken either with Pepsi, or just with ice. I love the sweetness & the chocolate taste. I don't have much experience, but as I tried a dozen of rums, this one was surely the best.

Fairly standard spiced rum. I would use it for a larger gathering if making a batch cocktail, but would not choose it as a spiced rum for my own enjoyment in classier cocktails.

Me habían hablado muchos años atrás de un Ron especiado que inicialmente nació en Inglaterra y por supuesto de inmediato lo marqué como uno de los Tomer que debía Probar e incluso tener en mi colección. Muchos años más tarde y residenciado en otro país tuve la oportunidad de probar esta joya, un ron que sale completamente de lo común, con aromas y sabores a especias que ni ca te hubieses imaginado que podían estar presentes en un ron. Si eres de los que te gustan probar cosas diferentes y fuera de lo común, te recomiendo probarlo, eso si, solo Hielo, no lo dañes con ningún mezclador ni mucho menos agua.

This rum is a great example of shitty rum, relying on additives for flavor. This was offered to me, and I’m not sure if I would drink this for free.

Another moorish rum. Fairly sweet.
I enjoy it as a double measure with ice and cola

Good for mixing with a coke or maybe even fruit juice.

Which isn't a very strong category. Very bold for a spiced, practically a black rum.

I'm not sure I would drink this straight or on the rocks, but for a dark and stormy I think its the best. It's a little on the high side for a handle to me but worth it every time.
