So smooth when chilled or served on the rocks. Nice oaky flavour and no lingering aftertaste.

The green is definitely a step above the orange label. Taste profile is similar but smooth and silky on the tongue. Ice only gentlemen

Hier ist das beste Beispiel für unterschiedliche Geschmäcker.
Habe ihn auf Grund der vielen guten Bewertungen gekauft....
Geruch ist fein und gefällt, aber Geschmack wird dominiert von einer Süße wie Stevia die alles überdeckt, vielleicht liegt es an dem Jahrgang, weis es nicht.
Für mich eine Enttäuschung und nicht nach meinem Geschmack, mir gefällt es auch wenn es ein wenig süß ist, das hier sprengt aber den Rahmen..... wenn diese extreme Süße nicht wäre hätte er wohlmöglich Potenzial.....

Paradox: auf Grund der Süße schmeckt er meiner Frau :-)))

Really nice I've never mixed it as i wouldn't want to waste it either with ice or by itself is how i drink it .I like to taste it on the font of my tongue.This is a great aged rum to start on if your making the jump from spiced rums very smooth

A great rum for sipping with the wife. It's nice and sweet.

The Diplomatico Reserva is a very pleasant and smooth everyday friend. For about 37-40€ you can do nothing wrong.

when the cork pops you know it’s good.
Smells like caramel. Brown sugar. Crisp
Initial ginger and banana flavour. Slightly exotic and fruity yet dark and smooth. Aftertaste is banana but like sweet dessert banana. Like a pudding but not overwhelming. The after is warm and it lasts. Reminisces in the mouth and on the tongue. Unique. A journey full on intense flavour.
