Good taste o only drink it pure no ice and love the taste verry smooth.
A good good rum should be in every spirit cabinet.
One of my first rums because I was hesitant to pay big bucks for a bottle.
Really smooth with a nice hint of banana. Almost no burn at all. Great everyday rum!
There is no statement of 12yo aging on the product, so I do believe it is not quite so old, is more like a blended rum. This is also my feeling when comparing with other old rums.
So @RumRating please remove the exact age from description.
It is a light sweet rum pleasant taste and smooth. Worth trying.
I would have given an 8 but i've already rated Ron de Jeremy XO 15yo as an 8 and I like that one more.
Diplomatico at its best. Super smooth full of vanilla and caramel notes, Would’ve rated 10 but too sweet.
Really nice rum, easy to drink but still with a lot of flavours. A lot of different flavours. I drank this rum several times and still like it
Really like it. Good aftertaste just good. Please just drink it as it is, no ice or sodas.
A solid rum for enjoying in its own. For the price point there are a select few I’d recommend over this one, but it still stands above a lot of others for the price
"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

I enjoy this one with ice, some drops of amaretto and lime
