very good rum at this price range. as a spiced rum consumer this rum it's just too good not to drink it or have it in your collection.

Jemny, prijemny, sladsi, trosku plochsi, nenadchne ale ani neurazi. Slusny standard za relativne dobru cenu. Ak si ale mozem vybrat v podobnej cene a chutovom ladeni, tak siahnem inde /napr. El Dorado 15 - zaujimavejsi a bohatsi chutovy profil/.

I completely understand why some people have marked this down because "it's not real rum". If I want a grown-up sipping rum, this is not what I turn to. However, it is very enjoyable when I'm in the mood for a slightly lighter/sweeter drink and on those occasions when I'm torn between pouring myself a rum & coke or a rich sipping rum. It's almost as sweet as 'Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey'.
The smell and taste both have an overtone of "Christmas" to them, which was rather fitting and welcome when I had my first taste on a Boxing Day evening.
Due to the sweetness, I haven't even considered mixing this rum. It's so smooth and sweet that I always find it slips down much faster than my other sipping rums - the relative lack of complex and long-lasting finish is probably also a factor.

This was recommended to me as a good rum for sipping. I thought it was good, nothing bad to say but can't say it was my favorite. I probably won't buy a second bottle but I am glad I tried it.

Good starter sipping rum. Lots of flavors. For a beginner or for a solid choice at a limited bar.

Great rum when you only want something small to sip when you sit and chat with good friends.

Tento rum som mal moznost pit v case ked este nebol tak v mode ako je teraz. Zamiloval som si ho pre jeho jemnost ahladke pitie. Dnes je v ponuke takmer kazdeho baru ako najdrahsi rum v ponuke. Chut je fantasticka ale cena je prehnana len preto ze je prave in.

Yes, there are other more refined and complex rums to be had and enjoyed. But this is the best sipping rum in the $3x/bottle price range. Doesn’t try to be a scotch or bourbon variant. Tastes sweet and smooth, but not syrupy. Always EP a bottle around for the occasional rum tot with non-rum drinkers. Nice mixer for a rum old-fashioned.
