Have you found an online vendor selling Kaniche XO?
Please input the URL directly to the vendor page with the rum for sale and we will automatically show it on RumRatings
Kaniche XO rum is produced in Barbados where it is first aged in bourbon casks. It is one of the few rums that is then double aged for a more mellow finished in Pierre Ferrand ex cognac casks at their location in France.

I keep this stocked regularly. It's a delicious, smooth, sweet sipping rum with flavors of warm spices and vanilla. Well worth it.
If you’ve ever wanted to try the Plantation XO but haven’t(WTF are you doing here if you haven’t? Just keep scrolling) then this could work. I’m sure this is not exactly how it happens, but if there were ever rejected barrels that didn’t make the cut for Plantation XO, it would feel like they got set aside for this label. Oh, and it’s $20 less, so I guess it’s got that going for it
Decent rum. Smells horrible, reminds me of medical alcohol that nurses put on a cotton ball before they give you a shot. That said it has a nice, smooth flavor that to me has a hint of honey followed by a cinnamon finish.
Weak, overpriced, overrated, but overall ok, if it was half the price I'd give it an 8.
Aroma is a bit agressive with lot of alcohol and some sweetness. Taste is influenced by aging in bourbon casks, but sweet too. Long and strong aftertaste. Not bad at all.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
