Kaniche Fiji Islands Double Aged 4-Year

Kaniche is Plantations promises to rebrand the name to the pressure that the connotation Plantation might bring. This one lives up to the previous Plantation Fiji blends. Very smooth island spices, but a bit light to my liking. This is very easy rum to drink, mild sweet and full of flavor. Not my favorite. But a lott of consumers will love it. Solid 7.

Strange nose, pineapple on the nose? Sweet pineapple taste, smooth with a slight fruity sweetness on the finish

Having had perfeccion, I had to try this when it showed up new at our local store. This was very fine for both sipping and mixing. I enjoyed it a lot.

It has a nice smoothness too it. Nice fruit notes, always on hand

Smooth, a little sweet, fruity yet you can tell it is aged in oak for the last stage. Good rum, similar in flavor to Diamond Distillery’s Agave rum. Not your typical rum, but definitely worth it.
