Not sure what tequila makers know about rum making, but these folks know how to market and make a reasonably decent rum at a premium price.
Trier it once on a big night out. Won't Try it again.
Pyrat Rum did not disappoint. I would recommend to Rum Lovers everywhere. Very good taste, good smelling aroma. A very good sipping rum.
At first i was just alcohol but then it get better and better.
this is very heavy on the orange. it feels more like a liquer to me than a rum. its nice to have every now and then. i let it sit in my cup for a little bit to breathe first i feel it makes it come out a bit better that way.
Was very cheap where i live (22$) compared to the avg 30$ it is everywhere else.
The Bottle is a very nice design and makes it presentable.

Un rhum assez particulier qui est assez sur l'agrume tant au nez qu'en bouche.
Pleasant oranges, cinnamon and vanilla aroma and taste. Body is nicely rounded.
Although I definitely enjoy this rum, I couldn't stay with it for whole evening. To me it's rather a fruity curiosity.
Really like a staple of my bar. My go to sipper at the end of a workday.
Ein Rum den man liebt oder hasst. Für mein Geschmack ist der Orangengeschmack viel zu dominant. Kommt schon fast wie ein Orangenlikör daher. Nicht mein Geschmack.
