Yes smooth, sweet, enough complexity. I liked it and will buy again.
Second review later: mmmh from 8/10 -> 7/10. Good and smooth but not a fan of the aroma's.

Smooth and flavorful rum,but initially starts out with a very strong nail polish taste. One and done...🤷‍♂️

Pampero is a really good Rum.
The color is beautiful, it’s not too sweet and very fragrant.
We can smell molasses, butterscotch and vanilla with a hint of spicy oak.
I recommend.

Jako mnohé, mě jako první zaujal kožený obal (dnes už bohužel koženkový).
Koho by napadlol, že směs 4 až 6 letých rumů může být tak dobrá. Ve sklenici má skvělou vůni hnědého cukru a karamelu, následuje dub, vanilka. Je to sladký a velmi jemný rum příjemně štiplavý s mírnou nahořklostí.

I thought it would be much better than the regular Pampero, but they fall into the same range for me.

El Dorado is typically my go to rum but wanted to try something different. The Pampero doesn’t have a strong alcohol smell, but there is just something there that to me doesn’t smell right.

With a few ice cubes it has a smooth taste

The Pampero Aniversario is a molasses rum from Venezuela, which was allegedly allowed to mature in barrels for 10 years. The "Solera" Rum comes in a leather bag and is diluted to 40% drinking strength. Sugar and dye are added to the rum.

I don't want to invest too much time in the rum. In the nose it is a typical sweetrum. Not much happens. Caramel and some vanilla. Sugar syrup and some spices. All very discreet. On the palate comes a lot of sweetness, caramel, baking spice and some wood. Maybe something nutty. Overall, it looks overly creamy and it gets lost quickly.

Good for Coke and for pure drinking only suitable for beginners. But at the price you can hardly expect more.

Der Pampero Aniversario ist ein Melasse Rum aus Venezuela, welcher angeblich 10 Jahre im Fass reifen durfte. Der Solera Rum kommtin einem Lederbeutel und wird auf 40% Trinkstärke verdünnt. Dem Rum werden Zucker und Farbstoff hinzugefügt.

Ich will gar nicht zu viel Zeit in den Rum investieren. In der Nase ist es ein typischer Süßrum. Da passiert nicht viel. Karamel und etwas Vanille. Zuckersirup und etwas Gewürze. Alles sehr dezent. Am Gaumen kommt viel Süße, Karamel, Backgewürze und etwas Holz. Vielleicht auch etwas nussige. Insgesamt wirkt er übertrieben cremig und er verliert sich schnell.

Für Coke gut und zum pur trinken nur für Einsteiger geeignet. Aber bei dem Preis kann man auch fast nicht mehr erwarten.

I purchased this rum in Florida because I saw the leather bag and thought to myself: this is going to be either delicious or awful. Thankfully it was delicious, and an outstanding buy considering what I got it for!
