Pampero Aniversario was first crafted in 1963 to commemorate the Pampero company’s 25th anniversary. The rum is a blend of rums ranging in maturity from four to six years and aged in whisky and bourbon barrels.
The Pampero distillery was founded by Alejandro Hernández of Venezuela in 1938. The brand is now a division of the world’s largest liquor holding company, Diageo.

Nice smell of molasses, a little bit sharp but it's okay. I've had better, but this is alright for 20€.
Edit: After getting to half of the bottle, it became sweeter and smoother. A really nice smell of coconut came out. I can feel it also on the palate - very pleasant. The more I drink it, the more I like it.
Oaky vanilla flavour is really nice. Good start for everybodz, wh is beginng with rums.

Norrmally i'm in to Sweet rums. This one is not zo Sweet but has a real Nice flavour. I liked IT more than Barcelo imperial and El Dorado 12 for instance.
Fantastická chuť a vôňa.Ja tam cítim najviac čokoládu.
Trošku sladší rum za vynikajúcu cenu.Po vypití dosť silno cítim alkohol,čo je mínus ale má veľmi zaujímavú chuť,čo je plusom.Pomer cena/chuť je veľmi dobrý.
Fľaša a balenie tiež vynikajúce.Asi som našiel môj obľúbený rum.(zatiaľ😁).
Raz by mal každý vyskúšať.

Édeskés(de nem édes) rum kivételes áron.Ár/íz arány nagyon jó.Kicsit erősebb alkoholos utóíze van de az érdekes íze kárpótol.
Az üveg és a bőr csomagolás is kiváló.
Azt hiszem megtaláltam a kedvenc rumomat.(eddig😁)
Érdemes mindenkinek legalább egyszer kipróbálni.

This one is good by itself. Just ice and that's it. I love drinking this run and eat some good chocolate and cheese in between sips.
If you want a solid sipping rum and wish that more than Crown Royal came in tiny little bags, you can't go wrong with this. It's dryer than most non-sipping rums, so I'd avoid this in mixing, but I'd feel too guilty about the price to mix it anyway.

A rum from Venezuela which doesn't have much information available. Molasses based, column still distilled and aged in ex-Bourbon casks from at least 2 years. Bottled at 40%. One of the better Venezuelan rums, still a dash too sweet for me, but it has plenty of complexity and it's pretty tasty.
