Kraken Black Spiced

I discovered this Rum about 2012 ish, it was a Christmas present and just like the first bottle of Sailor Jerry i had, i drunk the full bottle in one night, again mixed with coke. Since then i have had several bottles and love it Very Tasty

Find out this drink in Prague airport and bought to taste. Not dissappointed at all!

This is a flavorful, fun, and well spiced rum to drink. Starts with an astringent smell, but rolls into a sweet caramel and distinctive spicy taste.

Fľaša s 2 uškami a originálnou etiketou je zaujímavá, kazí to snáď len uzáver, ktorý mohol byť štopľový. Farba je tmavá až do kávy, vôňa korenistá a alkoholová. Chuť v úvode je sladšia, čo poteší aj manželku. Tóny vanilky, zázvoru a výrazná korenitosť rýchlo prechádza až do pomerne ostrého alkoholu. Záver je silno s mandľovou dochuťou a príjemným zahriatím. Celkovo ma rum príjemne prekvapil, za cenu cca 17€ určite odporúčam najmä "začiatočníkom" :)

It’s ok. To me it’s just a good mixer rum. Good for a refreshing drink or something different. Plus points for the distinct spice taste

Like so many others this rum is a go to rum and enjoyed neat or with coke

Although there is clearly some syrup or something added to this rum it is actually surprisingly nice with a very dark and sweet taste and now my go-to rum for affordable mixes. The nice design of the bottle is also an extra nice touch!

Simple rum flavor. Decent but not so delicate to enjoy every sip. Good choice if you do not want to spend much on a bottle ...
