Carupano Anejo Reserva Especial 6-Year

Vanilla aroma, almost honey color, vanilla and caramel in the body, almost no tail. Quite plain composition.

Calendrier de l'avent 2021 premier rhum goûté de cette cie. Rhum très très doux. j'aimerais bien goûter aux autres rhum de cette cie pour pouvoir comparer.

The nose is sweet like rum extract that you poor in cakes. The taste still sweet but less than the smell. Watery, no length.

I like runs for 2 purposes.
1. To sip on ice.
2. To mix, typically with Coke.

This is a nice mixing rum. It's sweet and very smooth. I enjoyed it and my mom enjoyed it. We often use Flor de Cana 4 Year as our mixer. That wasn't available and I gave this one a shot. I find the flavor of this rum even a little more neutral and slightly less sweet than the Flor de Cana.
