best morgan, but still to much Vanille. smooth & sweet taste.

I grew up with Morgan Private. From my point of view - the old one tastes gently than curernt brown labeled Private.

Not sure what to expect when I bought this rum but I really liked it once I got around to trying it. Not too sweet and not over spiced. I enjoyed it neat and on the rocks.

Good rum for someone who don't wanna spend over $50 rum. You could try plantation 2004 Nicaragua too.

It's the pricier of the Capt. Morgan branded spirits and for good reason. It's the better tasting ones. Has a strong flavor with a hearty burn. You'll swallow it down and feel just fine having another taste. As it stands this is my favorite of Morgan's Rums. For the price you could do a tad better as there are several flavorful cheaper brands. Yet if you want to stick with the name, the brand, the legend that can be found in every liquor store. Go For for the private stock.

The logical next step graduating from regular captain. More complex and deeper flavor a form original, sip straight or with soda, I don't recommend coke with this one, almost too sweet

This is a great rum, great taste and very well price. No hangover which is the best.
