My new favorite. Rum belongs to the class of super-premium, has a large number of awards and medals and is considered one of the best in the world. He also became the first rum in the International Hall of Fame. The color of the rum is dark golden, with a slight shade of red.
The aroma easily captures notes of vanilla, iris, spices, caramel, ginger, orange peel, oak and roasted nuts. Sea of ​​pleasant tasty aromas. The smell is certainly gorgeous.
The taste is balanced, soft and complex. Cocoa, vanilla, lime, mango, spices and dried fruits are felt in it. It is drunk pleasantly and with great pleasure.
The finish is not sharp and long. Caramel and chocolate are felt.
The strength of the drink is 40%. Definitely recommend this beauty

I love the Zacapa rums and this one is a precious diamond!! First time I drank this one, I was still a rookie drinking rums. Even than I loved it already. Now that I have been drinking a lot of different rums I can say that this is really a precious diamond for sure!! The first bottle I finished was the old design and after that I killed three new design bottles already. So sweet!!

Vaniglia, tabacco e altri aromi sono quelli che ho percepito di più in questo grande rum.

I buought this one after recomendation from friend. Its much better than 23y. On the nose you can smell typical aroma for zacapa but taste is more complex and balanced, very smooth. It is worth to extra money to buy this one than 23y.

Without any doubt one of the winners. Aged in old cognac barrels. Very rich in taste. Bit sharp at first and then surprisingly mellow with a warm aftertaste...

I bought a bottle as a treat to share with a fellow rum lover.
We were both very impressed.
Everything about this rum is impressive; the presentation box, the decorative bottle, the colour in the glass, the amazing aroma, the taste, the mouth feel and the finish.
The smoothness, the flavours and the after taste just leave you wanting to take that next sip.
An excellent sipper and well worth the price.

A very good and well balanced rum, slightly more complex and a little more character than the Solera 23.

Krásná, elegantní láhev, plná vůně, v podstatě není cítit alkohol. Velmi jemná možná až příliš sladká chuť. Devítka zůstává neprolomená.
