Multiple | Aged | 40% ABV | Pot and Column Still
Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum is a combination of pot-stilled and column-stilled Barbadian rums that are initially aged in the Caribbean in ex-bourbon casks for 12-20 years. They are then transported to France for a second 12-18 months aging in small French oak casks.
The first bottle of Plantation XO 20th Anniversary was created for the head of Cognac Ferrand Estate Alexandre Gabriel to honor his 20th year running the company. This special gift has resulted in the bottling we see today.

this is a rum you have to try. cream ala cream!
Whenever me and my friends gather together for a drinking session, this rum is always on the table. Great party rum in my opinion, but you can also enjoy it alone with a cigar. It's a bit on the sweet side, which is always a good thing for me. It's very smooth and hits you with the vanilla flavor. And it's not an expensive rum at all. Definitely worth buying!

If sometimes I want to give a present, this rum is one of the best, which I can buy for adequate price. Its something what like 9 person from 10.
Mild and sweet rum and super smooth....perfect as an easy sipper. It’s not particularly complex but great value for money and another rum that I use to induct friends into the delights of rum drinking. The bottle design is spot on too and would make for a great gift.

an excellent rum, whether on ice or with tonic it's very good.
I don’t know what to say other than I like this rum. I really cant identify and name all the flavors. I guess my palate isn’t as educated as some. All I can say for sure is that I like this rum and give it my recommendation. I tried it both on the rocks and neat. To my taste, it is best consumed neat.

PLANTATION RUM XO
ORIGIN: Barbados
AGEING: Blender of 12-20 years. First in Bourbon casks in Barbados then further matured in Ferrand French oak casks in France.
PALATE: chocolate, vanilla, ripe banana, roasted coconut and a hint of fresh mango notes.
Own notes: For this price one of the best rums! Clear, Nice smell. Taste very Nice with touches of vanille, Brown Sugar and a little bit of exotic fruit.
