Great rich caramel and butterscotch with substantial vanillin. Apple/pear nose. Nice, viscous mouthfeel with just the right amount of alcohol astringent bite.

Nose of vanilla orange and brown sugar with a low burn that will get your sipping taste buds all excited and relaxed ☺️

ok, pre-Covid I traveled every week. I was doing work for a client in Baltimore and tried this Navy strength at a nice seafood restaurant.

Since it was knew to the place & it wasn’t too busy as I went for an early dinner, the waiter brought it out after my first one.

I was shocked that it was 114 proof. Wasn’t the least bit harsh for a 100+ proof rum.

I’ll have to try it again and maybe revise my rating. I recommend giving it a try - don’t normally think about Baltimore when I think of rum - lol.

Nez vanillé et boisé. En bouche, notes de caramel et de cannelle. Bonne persistance.

Very smooth, not too sweet and a nice finish making it almost impossible not to have more.

Bought this to try as a great priced aged rum and did not expect much due to the price. A VERY pleasant surprise, smooth as silk with a charred oak taste, a deep fruit and vanilla front taste with a hint of cinnamom after taste. I highly recommend this with its slightly sweet burst on the front end a delicious "aged rum" finish!
