Matusalem Gran Reserva 15-Year

Superbe rhums le 15 ans est très bon mais la gamme est à découvrir.

Really thin and without much flavor..
Problem with the solera method, I don't believe the average is 15 years old, seems like a very young for me..
I guess he would be pretty good for with coke but for this price and this "age", it should not be a rum to mix.

Comparison of price and taste is 50:50 i would say. It's not comparable with the Gran Reserva 23 but that was quite possible to expect. Not as bad but not a big surprise.
I can drink it as a standalone sipper as well as a mixer.

Matusalem Gran Reserva 15-Year brings balanced taste.

Sentore alcolico troppo forte che sovrasta tutti gli altri aromi e sapori.

Average good rum but you can find a way to like it.

I think this is underrated because it is so mild. Absolutely delicious but also quite soft and almost too smooth. It has little or none of what might be expected as burn or dryness. Non rum drinkers love this stuff. I love it to and can't really work out why LOL.

Nez très fruité. Attaque en bouche et dégustation très agréable. Fin de bouche une peu sèche.
