A sugar-free 7-year old super premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified. A full-bodied rum with a long and smooth finish that lingers in the palate. Best enjoyed in a Mojito or with sparkling water or ginger ale.

I have previously reviewed the Flor de Cana 18 and found it only a 7. This Flor 7 is packed with flavor and at the same time, not overly sweet. It appears to have natural sweetness and not post distillation additives. The reason for the 18 and their 7 having the same star rating is that while the 18 is more complex it seems to lack the "pot still" like flavor profile.
another gentle yet powerful drink
Great aroma and flavorful with just a hint of the bite you will endure
This rum was dry and good, but on the other hand it has nothing really exciting, what could give it more than 7 points.
Nice dark rum, relatively smooth with some nice flavours
A nice simple sipper for a 7 year old. Basic and smooth with one ice cube. Great value for the price
If this didn’t light your mouth on fire with an overwhelming alcohol burn you might notice a semblance of a flavor profile. Unfortunately the only thing I could think of was how to put out the raging bonfire this rum lit on my tonsils.

Easy drinking. Mild character. Blends well without taking over.
Color - Caramel
Aroma - Butterscotch very light
Flavor - Malt, whiskey
Finish - White pepper
Mouthfeel - Silky
Balance - Very dude building to late kick. Mild
Just an overall so-so rum. Smell is a bit rough and stilted which corresponds to the flavor. Initially overly sweet with a very long harsh aftertaste of alcohol. I’d drink this again if the only thing on the menu and a good Irish is nowhere to be found.
I truely believe this is the best all around rum. Not perfect but good for just about any purpose, and won't break the bank.
It smells reasonably “boozy”. You still get notes of good oak ageing.
"The finish is overall quite bitter almost like dark chocolate."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

A nice light rum good with coke and some ice and a twist of lenon
