Flor de Caña 18-Year

Was a nice rum on the rocks. Got sweeter as a little more ice was melted in. Overall great

Another Flor de Cana disappointment. I have not found a truly excellent rum from this distillery yet. Smooth nice nose and taste but no depth especially for an 18 year old rum. I just don’t think this is the brand for me.

Good price Rum, the big sötét of 12 years Flordecana.

Very good and highly recommended. Very nuanced flavor profile with ice opening up the flavors perfectly. Only suffers from stiff competition in the price range. Fairly holds it's own though and falls into the personal taste issue. Can easily see many loving it. I'd drink it again myself

When you sip an 18 years old drink...your expectations are pretty high...and it was a bit disappointing to realize the label does not match the content. I will say that is not a huge difference in between the 7 YO and the 18th and that is a problem in my opinion. The price difference is not reflected in the spirit.

Ausgewogener Rum ohne Süße, Alkohol schmeckt man. Ich habe die jüngeren Flor de Caña noch nicht probiert - aber das Geld für den 18-jährigen lässt sich besser investieren.

A touch of ice enhances the butterscotch flavors. The finish is strong, but not overpowering. Just natural sweetness in the flavor. Simple rum, but full flavored.

Very smooth rum, without burning or harsh alcohol, low sugar, long finish with kakao, vanilla and orange aftertaste. Good, but not memorable.
