El Dorado 21 is produced near the equator in Guyana by Demerara distillery. The final product is a blend of rums, aged between 21 and 25 years and crafted using 100% locally sourced Demerara sugar. Traditional tools are used in the distilling processes including three unique wooden stills. The rums rest until maturity in 45 gallon oak casks.

This rum is the most complex rum i have ever tried. Its all the 15 has to offer but adds some fresh fruits and a bit of acidity. This is also the reason i like the 15 year more. The fresh fruits and acidity makes the rum allot more complex but for me it travels to far from what i like about el dorado so thats why i prefer the 15.
A very nice rum with a very nice taste. A bit to expensive but worth drinking. No alcoholic irritations. good taste. 9 out of 10 points.
Complex flavour. Keep trying others but nothing beats this rum.
Aged for 21 years in oak barrels, notes of maple and mocha are blended beautifully coupled with the smoothest nutty finish I've ever experienced this rum truly is a step above the rest and a fine addition to anyone's collection. Definitely going in the infinity bottle 😎
Though I'm pretty new to this rum as a "sipping" experience I found this rum to be very good. Being Canadian and having our "sin tax" system makes this a higher price choice but the value is there. Very smooth and drinkable with no heavy alcohol tones. I will definitely be looking for this rum again in the future and adding it as a staple in my cabinet.
Excellent rum - though not really distinct - would I be able to recognise in a blind tasting? Will nit buy again - to expansive
'spice nose with hints of honey and dark sugar'
"El Dorado 21-Year rum review by The Ultimate RumGuide"
There is an extra layer of oak in the profile.
"Notes of oak and a slight spiciness also comes through. The rum is very smooth and easy drinking but complex enough to ensure you savour each sip of the drink. The finish is long lasting."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

I had high hopes for this based on how good the 15 yr is, but it’s not as good. The price isn’t worth it...
