Sweet and citrus nose, with hints of Vanilla and exotic fruit.
Taste of riped fruits, apple and a nice pepper afterburn. Sweet at first, but a nice complex aftertaste and a little burn in the back of the throat.
The Rammstein gang certainly knows what they're doing with their limited edition rums. After good experience with their earlier limited edition rums I didn't hesitate to buy this new Cognac cask version and I'm not disappointed.
The bottle has a different style than the earlier releases, the rum is packaged in a ceramic style jug this time. For this price (€55) it's certainly a nice sipping rum and addition to my cabinet.
