This rum comes in a round cardboard sleeve just like all the Rammstein Rums, the color is dark and label is classy. With this band you would expect a lot of Bang and I'm not really fond of screaming logos and crowded labels or bottles. The Bang is luckily within the bottle itself.
The sent is sweet vanilla and grapes. The taste is less sweet than I would except given the smell and that is a good thing. There's an enormous richness in flavour presented within each sip and I really enjoy this rum. The Port is well presented and I like that, this one is among my favourites!
The only thing that could be better is it's aftertaste, the rum fades quite quickly. Overall I really like this one, it's a real exiting rum. Price wise I payed 54€, to me that is totally worth it!
I also own there french cask Rum, they both are to my taste really great rum experiences.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

8,2:On the nose, first, Trinidad says 'Hi' to us, with that specific unforgettable heavy tarry, burning plastic/tyre, waxy, honey thick red fruits and mild Jamaican pastry, tropical fruits. We don't stop with Trinidad yet, smokey, roasted gunpowder with salted brown caramel joins the party. After airing party becomes crowded with Guyana's juicy sultanas, toasted wood and some tobacco afterwards.
8:On the palate smokey Bourbony orange with thick, syrupy, heavy, toasted wood, warm spices, buttery caramel, dried fruits-prunes, red fruits like cherry, ripe grapes, chocolate, dry sherry notes and some tobacco play a nice complex game of 'Hide' n'seek'. We find in the mouth Jamaican notes very mildly, surely overcrowded with Trinidad/Guyana and port characteristics. Some wisp of bitterness is noticed in the end.
8:The finish is thick, syrupy, woody and spicy with remnants of tar and smoke.
