Smells interesting. Expected it to burn, but it doesn't. Nice
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Takamaka is a product of the Takamaka Distillery which is a private business set up in Seychelles fairly recently. It's not a traditional distillate in any sense, more of a product of the new era of well-placed spirits marketing. It is what it says - a spiced rum, not a very refined product. If you haven't visited Seychelles and can't put this on a map, then it is an easy pass. I found it enjoyable, both as a mixer for drinks and as a sipper. I like the bottle design very much, which has recently been remade to match the colours of the national flag of Seychelles. The rum has different notes of sweetness, some cinnamon, but a bit of an artificial finish.
