The nose is wood, toffee, orange, and dried fruits. On the palate it starts with sweet toffee, then continues with spices, wood, dried fruits, and hints of tobacco, the taste profile is very smooth. The aftertaste starts with cocoa and citruses and turns into dry peppery and coffee notes, medium strength and length. No sugar added, which is a plus for me.

Der Geschmack ist intensiv, kombiniert mit einem Hauch von Eiche, Vanille, Orangenschalen, gerösteten Kaffee und dunkler Schokolade. Mit weichem, sauberem, trockenem Abgang.

One of the best dry rums for money/value ratio. On the nose you can feel a lot of wood and coffee. In the mouth rum is very smooth with flavours of oak, tobacco, coffe and spice. Simply great colombian.

This rum is in aroma full of wood, tobaco and coffee.

Nose: This is one of a few rums I prefer to have in a sniffer glass rather than in a tumbler. There are notes of hay, wood and some spices. Soft and complex at the same time.
Palate: complex spices followed by some dark chocolate and cigar. Rather dry, but smooth. Well done, but maybe just a little bit thin.

A joyful rum, just like our people. Smooth with a cinnamon-like taste. Elegant with beautiful presentation.

in the mouth it is creamy and smooth. harmonic. round. no edges. for some moments to chill. i taste orange and coffee notes. and a very smalle bit tobacco

The colour and aroma is very alluring, yet gives very little away appart from a bit of sweetness and wood. The taste is smooth, dry and a bit bitter to start but once given the chance to breath a tinge of sweet emerges, but not much.
