Nose: Banana bread, black pepper, allspice
Palate: Bananas, pumpkin pie, sweet cream
Tail: Burnt sugar, caramel
Beautiful flavor - nothing especially unique, but the best qualities of every Barbadian rum I’ve ever had combined. It’s feisty and has a harsh tail so water it down a little bit for the best experience.
On the Nose: Light Acetone, Caramel, Baking Spices
Taste: VERY Hot but in a pleasant way on the arrival. Biscoff tea cookies give way to spiced molasses with a hearty Bourbon influence due to its maturation. Redolent of burnt toffee when breathing in after a sip.
All in all, a truly wonderful glass of Bajan rum that I would gladly purchase again given the chance. Mr. Seale does credit to his craft as usual. However, if you're prone to not enjoy a heavy burn in your spirits you may wish to avoid this tipple.
60% gives this a bit of spice I won't lie! I was shocked by the sweetness on the first sip, even without letting the air get to it properly, so when it was left to rest for a little bit and tempered with a little water it really sang. That caramel, dried fruit sweetness, mixed with a bit of smoke and oak. A real pleasant surprise, even when I was expecting great things from it.
solid 10 for this one if you ask me
foursquare does not dissapoint!
worth every cent you pay for it
Virkelig god rom, uden tilsat sukker. Foursquare gør det bare igen og igen.
for me it was an awesome sipper nice fruity notes but not overwhelming definately a keeper
By now, if you’ve tried this it’s safe to say you’re familiar with rum and this bottles reputation (in most cases), and it lives up to the hype. Try it if you haven’t, you won’t be disappointed. It’s excellent.

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Way expensive but WAY excellent rum on the rocks or neat.
