I could even go so far as to say, thus far, this is one of my all time favorite rums. It's smooth, full and absolutely delicious.
Very nice . Smooth. Not overly sweet. Do not turn up your nose on this because it is a commercial product.
Wonderful flavors and appropriate for sipping, straight up or on the rocks. But also works well in some recipes to spice it up a bit. Also adds some nice flavors to my red sangria recipe.
Out of all Captains, this is, in my opinion, the only one to spend money on. Nonetheless, VERY sweet. Great OTR.
Private stock offers a more sophisticated “Morgan’s” taste to a classic recipe. The sweet notes taste almost as good as the bottle is to look at. This moderately priced bottle offers flavors and complexity similar to its higher priced competitors. Sip neat or on rocks and you can’t go wrong!
A smooth taste and good flavoured rum. One of my favorited for sipping.
Príjemná chuť aj vôňa. Natrafil som náhodou v jednom podniku.
CM does not disappoint. Afforded great tasting rum. You can spend a lot more money and get an inferior product. Ratings are opinions and yours is the only one that matters, but CM reserve is a safe buy.
This rum is a good standard for rum. I don't think it is special tasting just a good tasting standard rum. So it is better than most rums.
Captain Morgan was actually a 17th century Welsh pirate...

My problem with this rum is that I can't really get all that much rum flavor. there is just too much spice for my palate. It's easy to drink and smooth. Decent in a rum and coke. It is very sweet and has a big, huge really, vanilla profile.
A bit sticky and spicy for me but an easy drinker for most.
