OK, the title is a bit misleading, but my first regular rum was this one, usually ordered as a full bottle, with 4 bottles of coke, and a tray of ice, when serving in the British Army in Belize. It is a light rum, but well-balanced, not really a rum you would drink neat, although some locals do.
Had a bit of a bite when had neat. A couple cubes mellow it right out. Not sugary at all..very crisp clean. Heavy aroma of creme/vanilla like smell on approach. Smooth but not a lot of character. Was a gift from someone who was traveling to Belize. Not much info on bottle. Says "Specially Matured"
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Another Amber disappointment. Mixer only. Good price point. Very harsh to sip. Belize is a very smooth chill country too. One wouldn’t expect such bite! Still much better than Bacardi.
