Spiritual, disharmonious, unstable, expens. It shows all the possible disadvantages of rum. But the label and cork designs are cool.
Спиртуозен, дисгармоничен, не выдержан, дорогой. Он собрал все возможные недостатки рома. Но дизайн этикетки и пробки прикольный.
Bit of a guilty pleasure really. Great mixer, widely available and reliable choice
I found this in the BVI's and it is my go to rum.
Cheap and decent flavour.
I also like the bottle with the tatoo image.
Good for mixing, try with canada dry ginger if you like cream soda
Title says it all, not for sipping for me, spices are there, but alcohol taste is not my favorite, but this one goes fine with coke and rocks. Color quite basic golden, but who cares when mixed?
Sailor Jerry is like the amped up version of Captain Morgan. Higher alcohol, slightly more burn, and a more potent and aggressive flavour. None of which is a bad thing. It does it's job as a mixing spiced rum, perfect for a Rum and Coke or with Ginger. What else can I say? It's a classic.
This is pretty good for a spiced rum, but the only noticeable flavour is vanilla. Great for making vanilla rum and cokes.
New Look Bottle For Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
"Sailor Jerry Spiced rum new bottle PR from The Floating Rum Shack"
The rum smells very sweet.
"It is initially very sweet on the tip of the tongue but it soon becomes very bitter."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Note: I'm a sipper. My opinion is based on sipping characteristics.
This was the epitome of what happens when I break my rule to not buy anything when I'm already drunk. And that's a simple rule that has saved me many times. And I still regret I did not buy the 5-year El Dorado or Matusalem that night. It's good for mixing, all right, that's where it shines but sipping it is a pitiful decision. As a side note, an unexpected effect I tried out of desperation and one that produced excellent results, was drizzling my bbq with it.
