Spytail Ginger

Good liquor and at a good price. Definitely drinkable solo, no frills. Nice smell.

This is a lovely sipper (with a little ice) and a good mixer. Nice bottle too. Just upped it to an 8. The more I have of it the better it gets.

Mild scent of ginger, hardly noticeable, more sweetness in the scent.
The ginger flavor is noticeable, but there is something different about it, which makes the ginger taste slightly synthetic.
An interesting proposition to drink alone, but the rum itself is a sweet rum. The ginger contained in it slightly softens the sweetness.

Candid ginger in the aroma, sweet honey body, missing tail.

Szeretem a rumot. Szeretem a gyömbért. A kettőt együtt...még szoknom kell. Nem mondom hogy rossz,de a jó nem ilyen. De ez ízlés kérdése. Kóstold meg és majd eldöntöd.

I'm rather not a big fan of Bacardi's rums but I do remember it's Oak Heart Cinnamon as something really nice. Damn I loved Oak Heart maybe this is why I've bought Spytail. Original bottle. Interesting ginger aftertaste but nothing beyond that

Kiváló választás a fűszeres ízek kedvelőinek. Nem édes. Citrusos, gyömbéres ízvilága egyből megfogta a társaságot. Barátom felesége pedig egyből lecsapott az üres üvegre, gyűjtő lévén. Szép formában egy nagyon finom friss, fűszeres rum. Iszonyat gyorsan elfogyott. Csak ajánlani tudom Cognac Barrel testvérével együtt.

If you like ginger and flavored rum then it's a nice alternative.
Good mix of sweet and spicy, but more a liquor then a actual rum.
Still enjoyable, but don't know if I will but another too soon.

However lacks of long aftertaste or advanced complexity
The truth is that we have not many ginger rums to compare so that one worths the try.
If the price was lower would have easily a 7 from me
