Pyrat XO Reserve

Smooth and cheap this has become my go to rum for regular nights

Probablement un des meilleurs rapport qualité prix selon moi.

Un rhum bien gras, sur les agrumes avec un petit goût subtile de bananes au fini.

J'aurais donné un 6/10 pour la qualité global du produit, mais comme il a une personnalité bien défini et sa propre identité, un 7 est amplement mérité.

Parfait entrée de game pour déguster seul.

Etwas spezieller Geschmack; stark nach Alkohol und Orange. Dies wirft die Frage auf, ob hier nicht nachgeholfen wurde. Im Abgang sehr eigenartig bitter. Nichts für mich....

Not bad, but there are other better rums at comparable cost!

For those who enjoy fruity rums and doesn't like it too sweet, this is perfect choice. Can't decide what I love more - oranges in Pyrat or cherries in Dos Maderas. Both deserves very hogh score.

Wow, almost like biting into a super sweet orange...the sweetness is almost too much...To me, it's a niche rum that has a time and place...Summer weekend BBQ to cut through the smokiness of the tri-tip...

O buna alegere pentru un cadou, dar cu o aroma de portocala - mandarine foarte puternica. Cred ca se potriveste bine intr-un mix.

Bonne senteur d'orange, goute assez bien l orange... Sympa pour le rapport qualité/prix... Il y a mieux certe mais sûrement pas à ce prix

I first sampled Pyrat while on a cruise which stopped at St Thomas. The taste was an eye-opener because up to that moment I had not found an aged rum which maintained the sugar and molasses notes found in any good rum. Prat has become a regular in my liquor cabinet.

The way this rum was in its fancy box with the medallion around the neck of the bottle had me very anxious to try this. I was let down. There is nothing special about this rum at all. Pretty much just a normal old golden colored rum that is just good enough to mix with your drinks and nothing more than that.
