Pyrat XO Reserve

Nice flavor in a mixed drink, but not on my list for sipping.

Nepřekvapují mě rozporuplná hodnocení. Tenhle rum je velmi zvláštní. Až moc pronikavá vůně i chuť citrusů. Až po čase (a několika panácích) jsem mu začal rozumět. Zkuste mu dát šanci.

Cheap rum for citrus lovers. Aroma full of orange and is difficult to recognize any other aroma. But after couple of glasses you can feel also vanilla, spice and some “candies”. The same flavours also in mouth with alcohol burn.

Premiumrum mit außergewöhnlichem Orangengeschmack. Ansonsten nichts besonders in dem Preissegment.

Very sweet taste considering it is a XO. Great taste of vanilla

For a blended spirit, I find this one to be very tasty, somewhat sweet and with a nice aroma of oranges.

This is one of the worst rums i tried, i can not understand how ppl whould like this. The tast is for me like toilet cleaner with orange flavor

The best tasting rum I’ve ever tried, color is the hue of sweet molasses;bottle is the shape of real pirate bottles. Perfect for sipping or cocktails.

This Rum is one of my favorites so far with the nose to the taste. It does require time to breathe upon opening or it comes across with a cleaner smell. Once it opens up you pick up citrus, vanilla, and spice notes. The taste to me is buttery feeling with citrus, molasses, vanilla, I’ve had pricier Rums but I prefer this as my go to. The taste does match the smell, it’s a nice Rum for me, sweet, decent legs, smells like Christmas sweets.
