This rum has an incredible taste, at least 3 layers. Coconut, some Smokey oak, fruits, and after 2-3 minutes the pepper comes alive! Wow! So fascinating and interesting for night talks and taste revealing! Brilliant
Nose: Coconut enveloped in Chocolate Orange Bouquet, hints of Clove, Cinnamon and Natural Vanilla, Black pepper bites
Palate: Initial Strike of Coconut and Oranges, the Clove becomes dominant at second notion slowly fading into pineapple honey with Chili pepper. all feels very balanced and natural, might strike a non prepared sipper, Deja vu style of famous French liquors such as Cointreau and Grand Marnier, this carries it's Cognac making heritage without doubt.
Finish: Medium, Spicy, Lingering sweetness, the Chilli pepper add some bite to the longevity, however it's too easy to forget yourself and continue drinking until strange and dangerous effect may start to show, or just reaching the stage when that illusive heavy and opaque bottle won't pour even a drop anymore.
Post Mortem: The empty dram managed to trap much of it's complexity, it is advisable to try and sniff and guess the rest of the ingredients hidden in this elixir. even when pouring the next one it remains elusive.
At around 35-40$ a bottle it creeps into the price tier of VSOP Cognacs and is priced between the NAUD Cognac VS and VSOP range. this is important to note since after all NAUD is known mainly as a Cognac maker, their ventures into the Kingdom of Rum should be investigated more.

82/100 so far the best quality and most natural spiced Rum i tasted
This was a big disappointment for me. The bottle looked intriguing, I was hoping for a nice spiced rum, but this was the one for me. Coconut flavor was dominant.
I agree with one of the previous opinions, way too much coconut. Not for my taste.
The deepest taste here was absolutely amber and a hint of vanilla & banana was also present. Could have been more balanced taste. Not so great as it is now but drinkable.
Nope, not for me, sweet but to much coconut. I will try other ones from Naud.
On first taste wasn’t impressed but second glass went down nicer a deep dark rum nice in a rum espresso martini
Un des meilleur rhum épicé que j'ai goûté. Très bon rhum de dégustation avec un très beau nez.
Au nez, dominance de noix de coco, d'orange et de muscade. En bouche, on remarque surtout l'orange, la vanille et le piment. Bonne persistance.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

A nice fruity spiced mixer rum, very nice with coke and ice, would recommend
