Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva

Een heel mooie fles met een zeer mooie donker bruine kleur. Het bijhorende leren zakje past er mooi bij.

Deze rum is duidelijk gerijpt op whisky vaten, je proeft het hout en de scherpere smaak van whisky. Zeker de moeite waard om eens te proeven.

Een tof flesje in een lederen zakje doet meteen het beste verhopen. De kleur is heel erg mooi diep bruin, de geur komt iets straffer binnen...

Tijdens het eerste proefmoment komt een rokerige, houtachtige smaak naar voor die naarmate de rum vordert steeds aangenamer aanvoelt. Lekker, meer karakter voor de wat volwassen rumdrinker.

Sweet, Dark with some burn. Missing the complexity of a diplomatico. But still a exzellent Rum for a Cuba Libre. For sipping too boring in my oppinion.

Value for money rum, which you can buy in Italy for only 18 euro. Off course not the best, but more than descent

Très belle surprise ce Rhum Pampero, il est désormais parmi mes tops 10.
Son nez c'est franc, arômes de cuir vieux, fort puissant.
Très doux en bouche, long et rond.
Une bonne entrée en matière.

Muy buen ron venezolano, color oscuro, gran sabor y aroma, algo dulzón. Con o sin hielo, especial para compartir con buenos amigos.

I saw this nice bottle (packaged in a leather sack) on a trip to Spain and since I never tried a Pampero before I didn't need a lot encouragement to pick it up. After pouring me a glass of the red copper fluid, a smell of baked goods hits me first. After a moment, the vanilla comes true joined by some fruity tones. Smokey enough to get me interested. After tasting I found it just a little bit too heavy on the tongue to taste real complexity. I don't think the rum fully lived up to my expectations after smelling it, but this probably has more to do with the fact that I particularly like the smell of it. I definitely enjoyed this Pampero and think it's a good value (I payed around 22 euros) rum.
