Pampero Aniversario was first crafted in 1963 to commemorate the Pampero company’s 25th anniversary. The rum is a blend of rums ranging in maturity from four to six years and aged in whisky and bourbon barrels.
The Pampero distillery was founded by Alejandro Hernández of Venezuela in 1938. The brand is now a division of the world’s largest liquor holding company, Diageo.

A good dark uncomplicated rum which does not have to hide from expensier rums. It is not to sweet. Ideal for beginners.

Tento rum skutečně voní po tabáku či doutníku, ale chuťově není špatný.
Lepší korenistejší starší brat Especial, takto si asi predstavujem spodnú hranicu, keď sa povie dobrý rum.

Il rum Pampero Aniversario Reserva Exclusiva è una bevanda sorprendentemente di qualità per la sua fascia di prezzo!
Si tratta di un rum dal carattere forte, poco morbido al palato, ma comunque piacevole da sorbire, all'olfatto esprime tuttavia una gradevole dolce fragranza che va a scontrarsi con il gusto deciso e il finale di tabacco.
Forse non sarà il mio rum preferito, ma i suoi 35.-- CHF (stranamente l'ho trovato anche a soli 19.90€) circa li vale tutti e, in quella fascia di prezzo, non può di certo passare inosservato, visto anche il simpatico sacchetto in cuoio con cui arriva.
Za necelych 20 eur vyhra v loterii, v chuti lieskove oriesky, karamel, sladsi, ale nie prilis, pripomina mi Bermudez 12. Za mna urcite 8+

This has alot of rich wood flavor. Right sweetness and good flavors (vanilla, leather, brown sugar). This is one that will stayed replenished. Thanks!
