Sampled and purchased Ironworks 5 years Rum from the Ironworks Distillery in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia, Canada. This light body rum is unlike any rum I have tasted so far. The rum is smooth, with floral undertones and no burn whatsoever. Not really my type or rum but not unpleasant. Once again the presentation is classy. Well done!
