Santos Dumont XO Elixir

Depends on your taste, but this is either a great or terrible rum. Sweetest Riise I have had.

I have tasted a bottle some time ago. It is quite brutally sweet (yet still strong with about 40%) maybe even for elixir fans. But the taste is really good - just beware of getting drunk too early as it is no >30% material :) P.S. I think SD Palmira is +- same quality and less sweety. Plus the bottle is very solid built and awesome shaped (though exactly the same as Gold of Mauritius)

I really like this.I am more into sweet rum.
But in the back it say Superior liqueur so it might be because of that it's so sweet.

Technicky nejde o rum (co udava aj vyrobca na etikete) ale o rumovy liker. Myslel som, ze nemoze byt sladsi rum ako v slame balene Millonario Solera 15, mylil som sa :-).
Voni a chutovo velmi pripomina tekutu margotku (rum-kokosova sladkost). Vona aj chut je samozrejme koplexnejsia, po ovoci, citrusoch a orieskoch ci cokolade.
Napriek tomu, ze mam v rume sladkost rad, toto je daleko za hranicou toho co pre mna predstavuje rum. Je ako dezertne vino, ktore sa neda popijat cely vecer.

Édes! Én szeretem az édes rumokat,de ez még nekem is az. Amúgy nagyon rendben van,de egyértelműen a Palmirát ajánlom inkább!

First time I have a so light rum, that actually taste great. This rum is sweet, golden, sweet and delicious. Colour is very light. The aroma is caramel, chocolate orange and sweet. Delightful. Taste is sweet and great. You will not be disappointed. The aftermath is sweet and a little short. Stays in your mouth for a while. Too short time, I would say. A great, great rum for most people. The best light rum I ever had.

Ve vůni kokos, vanilka. Neskutečné sladká chuť. Je to jako pít margotku. Na mě sladký extrém, ale ženě chutná.

Prijemny sladku rum. Prirovnal by som ho typovo k A.h. riise.

Rum has a nice amber color and is delivered in a square bottle with a strength of 40%, which is quite a high value for the elixir.
I could smell honey, oranges and coconut in the scent, which is not very intense. You can also taste honey, oranges, ripe tropical fruits and coconut on the palate. The taste is rather sweet.

This is an even sweeter variant of Santos Dumont XO rum. As the name implies, it is a rum liqueur. If you like Legendario 7 Anos Elixir, Santos Dumont is better in every way and maybe not so sweet as the Legendario.
