Not bad for a 3 year old ... fine for mixing in cocktails and drinking with coke if one must
My first rum all those years ago. Bought it originally for use in cocktails and ended up drinking most of it with coke. Mixes well and should be part of anyone’s cabinet for sure
though I think it is made not for sipping, it isn't bad on it's own
This is a better than average everyday mixing rum, not much else to say
Use it to any rum coctails i do and really like it. It's one of the best rums as alcohol matrix for tiki-coctails or simple rum coctails. Recomend to use it as white rum instead of blanco rums, that most of all are vodka with a smell of rum. But i have no reason to drink it pure, so the final mark is 6.
A good fruity, vanilla-sweetness to this young rum. It has a good flavour, it is nothing special and doesn't work particularly well on its own but it does work well in cocktails and mixed drinks. If you compare it to the likes of bacardi it is actually rum (but then so are some vodkas).
Ever tried this one straight? Don't. Better clean the barrels with this, or use it for mixing.
I think this is suitable just for very basic level cocktails, the one you mix in disco's to fool kids and make them pay 400% a drink you paid nothing.
Aged 3 years... yeah, maybe a teaspoon in the entire bottle!
The only good thing is no sugar addition, skip it if you can!
The perfect white rum for Hemingway Daiquiri cocktail.
'intense nose with accents of vanilla, caramelized pears'
"Havana Club 3-Year rum review by The Ultimate Rum Guide"
The nose is very sweet.
"When sipped the rum is fairly smooth but it doesn’t have an abundance of flavour. Its sweet but very short."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This just elevates any cocktail when white rum is needed. It's the go to for Authentic Mojitos and even great with coke and lime (Cuba Libre). It's the best at it's price point and beyond. Highly Recommended!
