A sugar-free 18-year old, ultra premium rum that is sustainably produced (Carbon Neutral & Fair Trade certified). From a 5th generation family estate, it is naturally aged without artificial ingredients, distilled 100% with renewable energy and KOSHER certified. A full-bodied rum with a long and smooth finish that lingers in the palate. Best enjoyed neat or on a rock, with a peel of orange.

Really enjoy a bottle of FDC 18 when I’m looking for a consistent smooth quality aged rum at the right price
I much prefer the Flor de Cana 25 but this is a great rum to have for all occasions.
Verz nice and smooth rum, but I I miss diffrence between 12 and 18 year. Weird
at first glass of this we get a dicent rum but there is string not good aftertaste. Second glass cannot even finish !
A good rum with caramel smell & taste, slight vanilla and cinnamon
Tasted 11/29/21, courtesy of Jim "TikiDucks" at Laka Lono, who was good enough to share from his Admiral's bottle. My original notes did refer to this as "Florida Cana 18" perhaps because of the sunny flavor?
In addition, my notes indicate: WOW ! and Thank you, TikiDux!!! This is fruity rum, with plenty of caramel tones. YUM!
Dost silný rum, pro mě horší než 12. Ostrý dojezd.
I have tried the 7, 12, and 20 (130 Anniversary edition and in my top 5 all time favorite rums) so not sure what the hell happened to the 18 year. Harsher than all the others. Too much of a wood taste just seems strange that the 7 year is a little better. The 12 year is much better and the 20 year is much much much better. Save yourself some $$$ and go for the 12 year.
Toffee, Caramel, Dark Chocolate, hazlenuts and a little touch of tobacco give a sweet but not overly cloying nose.
"It’s not overly sweet and retains a dryness which is particularly good on the finish."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
