Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold

It's good rum for a party or for a medium/big event... I can't say that it's fantastic, but for his price it's good.

Easy to drink not something special but enjoyable.

Nice in coke, but nothing special.
Sure no higher player in the rum division

Gives me flashbacks to times when I had too much as a college kid. Little in the way of redeeming qualities for me.

Remember drinking it in uni and felt like beaten dog in the morning, now I realize it shouldnt even be called rum, its just spirit to get pissed

Oproti tuzemáku se jedná už o rum. Lze požít samotný, ale nedoporučuji to. Jedině do míchaček, kde ho není vůbec škoda kombinovat s kde čím.

This was my go-to spirit in my early 20s. Mixed with cola. The problem after a while was not the taste, but the branding. After that I switched to Bacardi Oak. That taste better, and you look cooler when drinking it.

I am not sure, that I would even call this Rum. To me the smell of caramel is very characteristic. You also smell sugar. The taste is non existent. The burn from the alcohol in your mouth is fully corresponding to the lack of taste. Very disappointed with this Rum.
