Captain Morgan Original Spiced Gold

I realize "spiced" rum doesn't really meet the qualifications to be called rum so rating for what it is. Smells of vanilla, alcohol and warming spices. Flavors of vanilla, dried fruit and warming spices.

Good for cocktails in a party context but would not drink this on its own. Not too bad for the price. Very strong taste of vanilla that comes through when mixed with iced tea for example that is actually nice sometimes.

Není to zrovna druh rumu pro mne. Je to sladké, ale pro takové to odpolední usrkávání v pohodě.

A decent party rum for mixing. I don't understand the negativity of the reviews, it's not meant for neat drinking. It's probably the drink I drank the most before I discovered higher quality rums to sip neat.

Kerüld el messzire, ha igazi rumot szeretnél inni. Förtelmes, ahhoz hasonló, amit kiskoromban ittam a lepukkant kocsmákban... csak akkor ajánlom, ha szereted a kihívásokat!

This drink has nothing to do with real rum. Anyway, in this price category there are also worse drinks.

Začiatky sú také... Sále však platí, že na väčšie akcie je to OK pitie, na vychutnávanie už tak nie. S coca-colou fajn kombo, len škoda, že už ani tú veľmi nepijem :o))

Sure you can try it, but it’s just a waste if your drink if you mix it with cola. Quite tasteless. For a rum and coke; please pick something else.

Vanilla spiced tasting rum with a little burn at the end. Cheaper rum but is good straight and a mixer.
