Smooth aroma, balanced but not too complex taste, and excellent aftertaste.
Great rum at a great price, pleasant banana notes and one of my go-to sippers. Bravo Appleton!
A fine and tasty rum, wonderful aroma and taste....
This is my go to rum to enjoy on a regular basis. Sweet but naturally so, without a fake added sugar taste. Very smooth with nice mouthfeel and just enough burn but not excessive.
Such a great sipping rum. Very, very smooth that can be sipped chilled or not. So well-rounded that it fits whatever style you choose. I prefer my rums chilled with an ice cube or two. This one is enjoyable with or without ice which is great.
This was my first dive into sipping rums so it will always hold a place in my heart and my rotation.
My best friend is from Venezuela and told me about this, its great.
Nose is orange peel to me. I get wood up front finishing with vanilla and sugar.
Have had this as my go-to rum for quite a while now. Has a nice balance of being sweet without being too sweet. Nice all round finish to it.
Príjemne sladká vôňa, chuť som očakával (na základe množstva recenzií) o dosť sladšiu. Za cenu okolo 30 eur je to určite dobrá voľba.
"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
