Ottimo rum equilibrato, dolce e molto fruttato. Consigliatssimo bevuto da solo.

Slightly spicy at first. Then Vanilla aromas and caramel. Good lenghts.I like to drink it 5 minutes after I served it
I would recommend at the end of a meal. Can be too sweet for an appetizer and would feel slightly unbalanced because if the sweetness and aromas.

This is what sipping rum is all about. Yes I could liken it to a melange of botanicals but it is just a wonderful rum to enjoy on its own possibly, the only suggestion would be which glass to enjoy it in, my preference would be the Glencairn.
For the money it is the smoothest rum without being cloyingly sickly.

Fik købt denne på tilbud hos Dansk-Vinlager.dk, som generelt er noget billigere end alle andre :)

i apologise for a poor review but just learning to discern the finer qualities of rum. I find this a gorgeous sipping rum. Frighteningly easy to drink. Sweet with subtle oaky notes. A great rum.

Firstly, I can understand why this rum is rated highly. It is smooth, nice colour and to the nose: vanilla, nutty and fruity. Similarly with taste there is a smoothness without an after taste of bitterness. However, for me it is too sweet and despite the smoothness I found its strong character not to my taste. So do I rate it according to my tastes in rum? Yes so I give it 7
