Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva rum is distilled from molasses in copper pot stills and then aged in small oak casks for on average 12 years before being bottled.
Produced in Venezuela, which has a rich rum history dating to 1896, the Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva distillery is located on the northern slopes of the Andes mountains.

Un rhum moyen tirant sur les épices et les fruit sec.
Sweet, caramel and easy on the mouth and throat! 10/10 would bang again.
Profumo dolce di mandorla e miele. Al palato molto dolce e avvolgente. Finale medio, persiste il sapore di frutta secca e miele. Ottimo da bere liscio dopo pasti invernali. Da gustare come una coccola con molta tranquillità
Favourite rum, also an easy sell as a Barman in a rum bar. Great with a cigar. Not too sweet, great taste

Makea (jollekkin ehkä liian) ja täyteläinen jälkimaku sopivalla lämmöllä.

This is a fine rum but on the sweet side with strong vanilla tones. A solid alternative if you do not have a Cuban rum at the ready...

It has a different taste I just can't figure out. I don't think my taste buds like this one but I'll pair it with something to enhance the flavors and comeback with my results.
Fantasticly smooth, medium body and pleasantly sweet with hits of toffe and caramel balanced by a cinnamon kick ...delicious

You have to go through the first sips, but after that is it ok. It's sweet! I am more into the dry rums.
