I tried it out of a new bottle and thought it was delicious.
There is no heat from alcohol. It is mellow, sweet and delicious.
It reminds me of bananas flambe. It has tones of banana, caramel, vanilla, butter, cinnamon and spices.
I liked it very much and probably will make it one of my top rum for sipping.
Denne rom er helt ordinært
Den kan de fleste drikke dog er den lidt sprittet i starten og lidt stærk.
Jeg synes der mangler nogen smags nuancer men ved at de kommer mor man får dem i en klasse over denne.
One of the most tastefull rums on the market! Also the design of the bottle (does not affect the taste) is wonderful.
En härlig söt rom med mycket torkad frukt, toner av apelsin och russin.
Not my favourite. A little to much vanilla for my taste.
Extremely smooth. Good with or without mix. Only problem is Iit currently isn't available in my province so I have to travel to get it......and I run out of it way too frequently.
This is the rum that started it all for me. The first rum that I drank neat and instantly fell in love with. Sure, it's pretty sweet, and the more rum I drink the more my tastes change, but I still have a real soft spot for this rum. Equally as delicious neat, on the rocks or in a rum old fashioned with its smooth and easy drinking style, full of caramel without too much oak. More please!
"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Smooth mellow sipping drink. Introduced my whisky drinkers to this on the rocks and they loved it!
