A whole lotta hype for an ok rum. Not very sweet and a little bit tougher than I usually like. Good flavor, comparable to a blended whiskey such as a Johnny Walker green

Great rum, sweet and viscuous. Smells like vanilla, honey, caramel, burnt sugar, ripe fruits especially banana, also some hints of anise or liquorice.

Tastes like caramel, honey, ripe banana, vanilla, orange zest and a little bit smokey.

Going down it tasted like fudge, brown sugar, ripe banana and maybe anise or liquorice.

All in all great rum, will definitly buy another bottle!
