Estamos ante la élite del Ron: fino, dulce, sabroso. Un Ron para disfrutar en cualquier momento. Increíble si se combina con un buen Puro. Poco más hay que decir. Disfrútenlo.
Very tasty Rum! I know some purist are put off by the sugary taste & texture (it does come off a bit syrupy) I wasn’t overly bothered by either of these things. This is not a Rum you drink to get hammered, it is to be enjoyed in a mix drink on a nice day. Due to the sheer amount of sugar added, it is easily one of the smoothest Rums straight as well. I can’t warrant a 10 because it’s not the best Rum I’ve ever had, or even a 9 for the rare elite Rum’s I’ve sampled over the years. No, an 8 sounds about right for this Rum, great for the price, but not quite in the upper echelons of Rum.
Lovely beginners rum. Sweet and smooth, not harsh at all. I like to enjoy this neat or with a large ice cube
Good rum. Worth every penny. Good starting point to the world of rums
Best Rum i tasted so far. Smooth, rich, overall great taste, pleasant finish
Ever since i got this rum as a present i keep buying this one. I always buy another one in between other rums, nonetheless this rum keeps it's pole position.
Edit: the zacapa 23 made me downgrade it one point.
Excellent rum for that price. One of my first rums and he is the reason I started to like rums. May be good for beginners and not trained tongue, but it got me..
One of the best sipping rum i’ve tasted. Goes great with a little ice and orange peel.
"The palate evokes chocolate sauce and the sweet toffee, fudge and tropical fruit flavours from the nose"
"The nose is dominated by notes of caramel, toffee and crème. On the back end of the aromas, I can detect a hint of smoke and pineapple"

Smells sweet. It is fruity, oranges, grapes and raisins with scents of chocolate and a sweet almost syrupy.
"The tasting notes on the site are very accurate vanilla, fudge/toffee sauce are noticeable as are notes of vanilla and a finish which is slightly bitter like cocoa which leaves a hit of oakiness on the taste buds. The finish is pretty short. ."

Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label
