A little bit above average, basicaly I liked it. Very smooth.
Right from when you uncork it you catch a rather sweet smell. Doesn't really need to air out particularly long to be a good sipper, but if you let it go for a bit you start to get more complexity to the flavor. This is towards the upper end of the Cartavio spectrum, but I'm buying it domestically, so it comes up cheap enough to use in mixes, and it's extremely good in them.
Oak and vanilla tastings, and spice
Interesting rum from Peru, my first one
Mild, leicht würzig, leicht süss, gefällt mir gut, werde ich irgendwann mal wieder kaufen.
Sweet, soft and approachable.
"Not sweet or cloying in any way. It’s got a nice weight of oak and ageing to it."
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

Not so strong, good rhum to have in the cabinet. Main interest to be made in Peru
