A sippable white. Great balance for an un-aged rum.
Another rum created by the hands of the genius master blender, Francisco "Don "Pancho" Fernandez. No additives to get in the way of a clean crisp and smooth sipping rum. Made with fresh cane juice, similar to an Agricole rum, this rum is actually similar to a fine vodka. Light, smooth and just a little sweet that is offset by the oakiness.
Try to get a well lit shot from the front of the rum label

This true Cuban style white rum is another creation from the legendary Don Pancho of Panama (originally from Cuba). The proprietary yeast is used to ferment the molasses. It is then distilled in copper column stills and aged in American White Oak barrels for at least 2 years. This information came from the Denver company's website.
I have seen a few comparisons of this fine white rum to fine vodka. Ignore any of those comparisons, as they are not even close. This new addition to my white rums has replaced Diplomatico Planas as my favorite, since that one has a tiny bit of added sugar. This one has no added sugar at all. There is nothing like an authentic Cuban white rum. For USA citizens under the Cuban embargo, here is your chance to finally see what a real Cuban white rum is like. I have been looking for this line of rums for years and finally got my hands on my first two bottles.
