1731 Guatemala Gran Reserva

Vůně: Ale hodně lihová! Špinavé dřevo, vanilka, trochu byliny, karamel
Chuť: Sušší, vodovější, bylinně hořká (pelyněk), lehce dřevitá, vanilka. Celkově jednodušší.
Dochuť: Nahořklá, lehounce sudová...Nedalo se to samostatně dopít, vlil jsem půlku panáka do coly. Zhořkla :(

Drank this rum as a part of the green rum box. Tried it neat, like all of the rums from the box. Not bad, pretty average, but isn't really a sipper for me. Would be interesting to try it in some cocktails.

nice but nothing great. Smell is a bit bland but the taste is there....and so is the burn. Back of the throat and into the nose. Surprisingly, after the initial burn, the heat is enjoyable especially in the nose. However I found that after the burn dies down there is a slight taste of detergent that sideswipes you. Till that time, there is a taste of caramel and vanilla.

Quite a nice mouth-filling rum. Tasted straight and mistakenly with orange juice too, I can recommend this one. Might buy again if I get the chance.

Interesting flavours of pineapple and peach. Slightly woody aftertaste. Overall pretty nice but not exceptional

The color is very light, almost transparent. The smell is somewhat promising, medium burn in the taste, quite fresh. And not a bad aftertaste. But nothing really special.

I tried very hard to come at something, but there is too little of anything. Rum wooden flavor.

This was a great surprise for me. The rum is really light, easy to drink and characterful.
It starts with sweet notes on the nose. The main component is vanilla and banana. Perfect!
In taste, this rum is sweet (although I would not say it has sugar added to it), light and floral. It has heavy notes of again vanilla, and there is an interesting mint note.
The aftertaste, together with the slight bitterness reminds me of minty tobacco.
Really, a nice surprise!

Nice color, good taste, and nice finish, good drinking for night. 7/10
